You should try it with an ECU tune and a clutch kit (You have hugely oversize tires on that machine!). The engine brake works if you give it a tiny bit of gas to keep the clutches engaged-- If its still too fast just 2-foot the brake a tad. I very very rarely let it go into that whining free-wheel mode. Its odd feeling at first to push the gas to go slower but thats how it works. The shifting gets a lot less sticky once you get a few miles on the belt. The factory clutch/belt setup can sometimes keep spinning even when you're not moving... And you dont have to be in neutral to go in and out of 4wd-- Just be stopped. If you like the suspension, you should try the wide version. I know its not the best in your tree-filled part of the world but here in the wild west its perfect. The engine is pretty much bulletproof. I know a guy that moved the air intake's opening to the bed and it solved the cab noise issue. I just wear ear protection. As for the warrantee, I think Segway is now giving a lifetime powertrain warrantee.

The tires are awesome def nice ! Good idea on the tune ! I was holding off on the tune until I see if any company comes up with a better way to move the intake. As for the clutch I have an MSC Trail clutch I haven't installed. I have had it about 2 months but wanted to run the machine for awhile to see how the aftermarket clutch would be different compared to stock. Thank you for the info on the engine breaking and shifting ! I did look at the wide version but where I ride its easier to get around with the smaller unit. My unit did come with the lifetime powertrain warranty which is awesome ! Thanks for the info and for watching !

Nice review, I’m interested to know if the 33” tires made your width any wider. Here in Maine 65” is max width on trails in the state. Good points on the noisy cab intake and not needing the louder exhaust, less noise is a good thing. Looking forward to future videos, though I know winter is upon us.

Thank you for the kind words on the review ! I measured the tires and its somewhere in the 65-67" wide with the 33" tires. Yes there will be plenty more videos soon as we get through the winter haha thanks and have a great holiday season !
