Automatic, as a former member of SOG in CCC back in 1969 with RT Wyoming, and HF I have nothing but praise for the Seiko Watches they issued us as they worked well and were rugged. Only disappointment was that I had to turn it in when I left for CONUS and home. Stay safe out there.
