Today I'll be changing the gasket on my Seiko Tuna that had the bezel turning very lite when I received it, making me think something is wrong.
When I removed it I noticed the rubber gasket was broken with a piece missing, so I ordered a set of gaskets for the 7548 and 7C43 Tunas and here I show you how to replace it
The SBBN015 is one of my all time favorites as it comes on a great bracelet and has a beautiful black bezel. Powered by the legendary 7S46 high-torque quartz movement it is considered one of the best quartz diver out there.

As always excellent tutorial, however I'm really surprised how easily the 1.5 mm shroud screws unscrewed......I've removed at least 3 shrouds......and all were a pain!

That's because I already removed them initially when I was cleaning the watch, before I ordered the gasket

Still looks pretty loose to me. The only way to fix a misaligned bezel is to remove it and then glue it back in the correct spot the springs are not adjustable so no other way to do it

Does this o ring provide any water resistance or is it just traction for the bezel?

Just friction for the bezel, the crystal has its own gasket for water resistance

Nope, the 300m Tuna is quartz and thus powered by battery
