Hi Michelle, just wanted to tell you that I bought the Ilios makeup light because of your review. I used it this morning for the first time. OH MY GOODNESS!!!! I can’t begin to tell you how excited I am! Without question, it’s the best makeup mirror I’ve ever seen or used. It was worth every penny. I have DRY skin. Moisturizer sinks into my skin in seconds. You recommended Embryolisse. I love it! You know ELF will never be on my shelf! Like your feelings on Tarte.

I did not know you love QVC. I do too! I like to just watch and occasionally buy, like you I wait. QVC also acts as “company” for many that are alone or struggling. It has helped me in that way too! Also,… I worked as an Order Entry Rep for QVC all through college… I was one of the originals when it first started! We used fo sit in the same room as the live on air presenting! You would def be a great host!

Question. I always thought vitamin C had to go on clean skin first. So using an essence first won’t affect how the vitamin c goes into the skin? I’ve seen others say to use the C before the essence. I use the Sonia Roselli and sometimes the snail mucin. I also stopped the video to type this question so forgive me if you mention it later on 🙂

When I found seint a year and a half ago I reallllly had to change my skincare. I lean oily so I mostly just pared down and only use vit c and spf. No primer no moisturizer no setting spray. I def cut out silicone. My makeup looks good all day and stays put. I did buy embryolisse and it's nice but I could use use it in the dry winter. I'm pretty sure it's silicone-free.

I hope I'm not overstepping with this, but do you have an affiliate link/code for skinstore? They sell so many brands and everything from makeup to skincare to devices etc. It might be a great way for you to have an all in one affiliate link for people to be able to basically buy a whole routine with many brands all at the same place, save some money, and your would get at least a bit of commission. I know how much work you put into all your content and I know the platforms don't always pay much. Just a thought to try to be helpful, absolutely not trying to step on your toes about anything. I had a bad experience with Seint makeup.. I ordered a lip balm in ever red. Beautiful color BUT.. everytime I went to use it and slide the little metal case it got everywhere!!! Squished out and 😏wasted product!! Ugh. It was a very small metal tin that slides!! Never again!😏
