I am not a huge believer in healing stones and some of this other stuff, but the stuff that he says to you really resonated with me. This is one of the best ASMR videos I have ever seen. I love the stuff he is saying right now as I am watching this on my tv about seeing that little wounded child inside us. Almost makes me want to cry. Thanks for sharing this with us. And I am glad it's over an hour long

Carl Jung believed that human ritual developed in order to conjure up the appropriate motivation required to complete our necessary tasks. Sort of like listening to high energy music before an athletic performance. The purpose of the ritual is to condition an internal psychological response. It makes sense from an evolutionary perspective.

A positive effect born of pure belief is still a positive effect, I figure. Scientifically, on paper, it might be total bunk, but if a recipient gets a measurable, beneficial effect from it, I'd say it's absolutely worthwhile. The power of suggestion is incredible, see: children being cured of psychogenic cough, or some of the medieval hysterias that afflicted whole villages.
