The level of control you have over the choreography of this fight is really impressive as well, like the dodge and deflection at 2:42 was a nice touch to engage with a move most players strafe to avoid completely. And using Dragon Flash to show Isshin that you are faster than him in his prime using his own moves is a nice touch as well. Your content is so underrated for how much skill went into making this video.

Does anybody else notice how the AI reliably will hesitate when Isshins posture is about to break like at 1:12? It’s small details like this in the combat AI that make this game so great. You hesitate you lose.

The reason why his posture bar is so high but not breaking is because he has no kuro charm bell demon and yashariku sugar. Same. I can do his first phase pretty darn well. Once the spear and strap come out I'm done. I can beat him hiding under the umbrella strat but fighting him head on is extremely fun.

@@lorenzo4637 yeah the final phase is easier because you can use his lightning against him so that works. But phase 2 is the monster for me. Especially with no kuro charm. It's unforgiving, perfect deflect at all times, anything less equals damage taken.

I saw that many players with No-Damage videos don't know exactly how to deflect with sword parry the second part of Genichiro long combo. Sequence = 2 hits, pause, 2 hits, slow + fast hit, slow, slow. A total of 8 attacks. Anyway good job. Cheers.

First phase no hit , second phase 2 hits , third phase well 🤷🏻 I defeated him by deflecting the thunder , sorry that shit is really fun to do still no hit .
