In this episode we talk about infinitely repeated games. We recall the concept of one deviation property (which we discussed here: • 3. One Deviation Prope... ) and discuss how we use it to find subgame perfect Nash equilibrium of infinitely repeated games. We specifically talk about a specific family of strategies, also known as grim-trigger strategies. We show how we solve for SPNE of an infinitely repeated game in grim-trigger strategies.
It's crucial to watch lecture videos in the proper order to ensure effective learning. This is because the concepts in each video build upon those introduced in previous videos. To help you with this, I recommend visiting my website, www.selcukozyurt.com, for a recommended course outline.

Professor, initially I want to say thank you for your clear explanation. And can you please explain Tit-for-Tat strategy? I have an exam this week. And I need to understand it. Thank you so much.
