Love the self care xx I rather like the nail varnish it’s a nice spring colour, blossomy. It made me laugh you were watching fat2health, I love Jacquii’s channel too 😂 when you body brush you’re supposed to brush towards the heart to work with the body’s lymph flow which is supposed to rid the skin of waste and toxins but I don’t know if it does 😂 hope you feel better soon, it’s completely rubbish waking up in the morning and tha t damned migraine is still there ❤❤❤

You can put baking powder in plain flour to make it into self raising. I always have it in just in case. Love.all your videos. ❤

Definitely going to try the lavender spray, I struggle with falling to sleep ,I usually tell alexa to play rain sound ,that helps too for me xxx

Yes - I've finally worked out they are menstrual migraines (same time every month) which have got worse now I am perimenopausal. Have you noticed a pattern at all with yours? Unfortunately I haven't found a painkiller that gets anywhere near them. Hope you have better luck 🤞
