Ever wonder how to get out of a shoving and pushing situation? A bit of work in applying a push me-pull you and balance displacement concepts in a two-hand lapel grab situation that leads to a takedown. There is nothing wrong with grabbing the guy who is grabbing you as this is bound to throw the attacker off in their effort to intimidate and control you - play the tough guy.
