Thanks for these, Matt! 63 yo grandma gaining more flexibility in wrists, forearms and shoulder after an accident. I have a bunch of old wood canes from school play productions to practice with. Besides the practical applications it's fun!

I've gotten behind on your videos, and I'm still not halfway through this one. I will tell you of an instance of your videos causing me to make a change. Last week, I was driving home from medical stuff and was about to go to Taco John's for dinner. (Taco John's is a Wyoming-based and much better version of Taco Bell. If you ever bring your family to Yellowstone and want tacos, that's the place to go.) As I approached the point of turning towards home or going to get tacos, I decided that skipping the tacos would save me five or ten dollars. I thought that if I did that enough, I'd have saved enough for the nice jo from Cane Masters. Granted, I only had fast food about half a dozen times in 2020, so those savings grow slowly, but the thought crossed my mind. In the past, I've eaten a bit of fast food. In 2020, I was skipping fast food to put all of those dollars into ammunition. I'm still doing that somewhat, but the local shop can't get new ammo any longer.
