Follow up on this after 6-7 months of regular-ish use of the clubs is that the grinding and cracking in my shoulder has vanished! The neck aches way less after work, and my shoulders are definitely more set back (how they should be). Thank you, ancient Indians!

The Assyrians, Persians, Egyptians, and others took the rudiments of sword training through clubwork to India and other nations through the trade routes. The likelihood is it was a martial training methodology developed after the Tower of Babel. Writing developed around the same time, as there was no need for a written language when everyone spoke the same language.

I just recently started swinging Indian clubs, I was told by a friend that they could help me in my rehabilitation. I sustained quite a few injuries during Operation Iraqi Freedom now plagued with shoulder pain I needed to find an exercise program that could help alleviate the pain and help me get more range of motion. I must say this is an excellent tutorial and I am using it daily on my road to recovery, thank you.

Thank you again! I enjoy the club workouts. I can't do all of these movements, but I can do so some. I'm up to 3.75 pounds after starting with sticks and then going to 2 pounds and 2.5 pounds. My clubs are ugly, but they work well enough for me. I think a safety orange might be the easiest color to see. The coolest color to see might be the yellow of your shirt logo. If you want to get fancy, maybe you could paint the clubs the yellow of your shirt logo and then paint black tiger stripes on the clubs. The black would push them a little more towards the color of the bags, but tiger stripe Indian clubs would look great. Another great look would be the yellow with the tiger logo outline in black. For that, you'd need someone to make a stencil for you with the logo. You could paint them yellow and then use the stencil to add the black logo. I realize that the quality of products from Cane Masters is overkill for Indian clubs. I also realize that they seem to have a preference for keeping the wood look in their products. However, if Mr. Melton branches out to Indian clubs, a pair of 2 or 2.5 pound clubs in yellow with the Quantum Martial Arts logo in black would be really, really neat to have. Maybe another vendor could make them from high density polypropylene. That way, they could be made in yellow instead of painted yellow. Maybe the black tiger stripes could be applied in a black version of the polypropylene and the logo could be stamped on the ends. As long as I'm thinking of logo stuff, maybe you could have your logo made in a very tough plastic with a very good adhesive back. Then, you could sell the "face bag" with your logo on the bottom. I also really love the idea of using red, white, and blue. I'll never vote against red, white, and blue. I just think that you should consider the color scheme of your logo. Many of us have a very positive feeling towards you and by association feel positively towards your logo and color scheme.

#1 don't put adds in the middle of a follow along workout video. It disrupts the flow and shows your greed. #2 Don't call it a beginner work out and the show the most half assed instruction possible before doing the exercise full speed. If it's for beginners then give them the time and detail required to understand the exercise without hurting themselves. #3 Don't say things like "I never hit myself or bumb the clubs" because that is an absolute lie and creates false expectations, Indian club swinging is a skill and when first starting everyone and that includes you makes mistakes so comments like that make people feel like if they make a mistake it means then failed and so they move on before even properly understanding the method of movement or the benefits associated with it. Do better
