Pure O stole the last 15 years of my life. I’m 30. It’s brutal. It’s no doubt distorted the view I have of myself. I’ve been trying to break things down with humor so I’ve been joking that OCD makes me look at myself through poop colored glasses.. lol This is powerful stuff Chrissie. Thanks so much. My hope is growing which actually makes me wanna cry. HOPE! What is that?

I've had a huge problem with intrusive thoughts ever since my I was littler and my mom told me not to look at the sun. since then, I've dealt with intrusive thoughts of running in front of semis, harming people, rape, incest, pedophilia, letting the devil crawl inside me, and spiders. the list goes on. I love your videos and I do kinda wanna buy your book. I live near sloans lake in the Denver area if you ever wanna help me in person. i love your personality as a therapist as well as your extensive knowledge on the subject.

Thanks Chrissie. Once again, you hit the nail on the head. It's such a hard battle - us pure OCDers need to support each other as we're the only ones who truly understand the shit this illness puts us through. Thanks for being such an incredible beacon of hope.

I lost friends and boyfriends over this. I don’t care that they are gone. Even if I feel hurt I need to move on. I got one friend and a good boyfriend left. I need to make sure I don’t lose those.....but I probably won’t because they are amazing

This is a very important topic, thank you! I feel that many times, that I am behind, that I will never reach the level of a person without ocd, romantically, socially, in my job... It sucks! And I hate some decisions I have made based on believing in my thoughts. Strenght for all! :)
