Self care is extremely important nowadays! Journaling helped me in so many ways. Writing helps you get things out and seeing it on paper also gives others the push they need to do or change what needs to be done or changed.

I have always kept a journal...it really saved me as a young HSP/Sensitive/Empath/Medium. I was experiencing so many things that others weren't and it was really effective to write it down and express it somewhere. Great tips.

Journaling definitely helps, especially when I'm trying to fall asleep at night and just keep thinking about everything, love to just get it all out and then I'm able to easily fall asleep! :)

It's not as easy to journal as I thought it would be but I am starting to like it. I do think it's helpful and I like to do a brain dump.
