This technique works awesome! I was able to get rid of my neck and shoulder pain while watching the video! Don't take my word or any of the trolls words on it. Just give it a try!

This does make a noticeable difference. I am a senior and since taking up golf 25-years ago I have had an almost constant internal vibration in my left shoulders/neck/head. No one ever fathomed out the cause but my belief is that it started after carrying the heavy golf club bag on my left shoulder for many years. The issue just happened overnight and the following morning I felt nauseous. It has constantly given me sleeping issues. Seeing this and trying this just today I can feel the relief. I will continue to do this as I can see how beneficial this can be, particularly as I still continue with a lot of PC work. Thanks from the UK for producing this video.

I have had limited movement in my neck for years. Because you mentioned sinus and ear problems, I went and bought the massage ball and tried it. Some of the comments here cast doubt, but it works and I only wish I had known ten years ago.

Wow! Unbelievable! Been struggling with the right side of my neck into the back of my head, down my Trap into my Deltoid for a year now. Tried everything from hanging upside down to chiropractor visits (thousands of dollars) to traction to CBD oil to neck inflation apparatuses and even new pillows!!!!!!! Someone told me to check out myo-fascial release and I found your video. I've got four dogs, so I already have the ball! Just Subscribed.

Very nice to see work for the neck. I like the different positions, sitting up and and laying down and using the ball and the quad baller as less intense version for the neck. Great to see this area given some tlc.

One should be very careful when laying back on the ball. It rests at the occipital point which can cause weeks of vertigo. I know this from having done it.

Thank you so much for this! I feel like my head is floating on air after doing this compared to the high level of pain I was in before it. Could the tension in my trapezius have caused really odd numbness in just half of my face? I know that sounds a serious symptom but I've had it once before. All appears to stem from a particularly nasty bit of whiplash years ago.
@brittanyholmes41898 жыл бұрын
ive never heard anyone else besides me to complain of numbing in half of face. im not crazy afterall!

+Brittany Holmes how long did yours last? My GP thought it was Bells Palsy the first time but it didn't show the muscle weakening symptoms of that.
@brittanyholmes41898 жыл бұрын
+Sarah Davis it comes and goes with my neck and shoulder tension. throughout the day as that worsens or gets tighter my face whichever side is tensed up begins to numb up to my eyebrow. like i can still move it like normal but my feeling in it is numb. it usually last till i sleep it off ..ive not found much muscle relief except on occasion hitting the right point ..aromatherapy essential oils have helps as well ( combo of peppermint and lemon and lavender)

I’ve had neck pain and muscle tension for years which I get monthly OMT for. A number of years ago I was terrified after I’d turned my head to look over my right shoulder and my vision went blurry in that eye. Once I’d turn back to forward facing, my vision returned to normal. I saw my doc shortly after, and he explained it was from muscle tension in my neck on that right side that had pinched the nerves and blood vessels when I turned my head that way. It was so scary at the time. Crazy what our bodies do!!
@zx10rpower174 жыл бұрын
@@wife2sp same with me. I also will get crazy ringing in my ear as well when turning my head. I quickly look straight again and it slowly goes away. Btw, I also get the numbing feeling on half of my face and half of the back of the neck up to the top of my head. Very annoying

Right from the title down to the patient handling, this was disgustingly bad. This is not myofascial release, nor can can these techniques alter blood flow! parasympathetic nervous activity may be altered but remember, these guys are salespeople, not musculoskeletal experts!

I know it’s been a while since you posted this, but maybe you’ll see this. Had you looked into who the Trigger Point folks are who made this video, you’d have seen their team consists of physicians, chiropractors, physical therapists, kinesiology majors, and others. They aren’t people who have received just several days of training required to be a CrossFit instructor.
