Nagi, I'm sure this is NOT the comment you want to hear but... I came onto youtube looking for ways to turn a box of gluten free yellow cake into a self-saucing pudding (to accommodate family members for dessert tomorrow night)... I had in mind to make somthing butterscotch, but had no idea how much golden syrup to use... So, that's what I'm going to do... Add a bit of milk and melted butter to the box of cake mix, then add the Golden Syrup to the "icing mixture" included in the packet... Wish me luck!
