Thanks, the more I listen to you, the more I am convinced that a whole plant life style is the correct thing to do. I been eating like this for almost 20 years and I love it. If I start listing all the health problems that I have reversed in a whole plant life stile I will be here all day.

plant food - fruits, vegetables, beans/legumes, seeds/nuts, grains, fermented foods.

Is whey protein ok for the gut? Let's say organic whey with no emulsifiers and other chemical compounds. Whey concentrate is highly absorbable and is absorbed in 45 minutes so I take it is is unlikely to cause protein putrefaction in the gut and have a negative effect. And the glutamine should help prevent leaky gut. Do you have any opinion on that doctor?

I eat nuts and v.dark chocolate for breakfast or a snack - usually organic and skinless if possible. No almonds or cashews due to arsenic etc levels and farming methods. Nuts , chocolate - along with certain vegetables contain oxalates. I eat small amounts of organic Goat and Sheep cheeses to counteract the above negative effects. Thanks for the information.
