G'day Everyone, we just wanted to let you know that we are still in the process of getting our video style sorted. This includes how we film, the equipment we use to capture the video/audio, and how we present this content overall. So, feel free to give your feedback on what you'd like to see in our videos as well as general fishing and boating tips. Thanks for your support! Cheers :)

Hey Mark washing ur fillets in fresh water definitely decreases it’s eating quality? If u can’t bring fresh sea water home with u just heavily salt (using non iodised sea salt) a bucket of water and drop ur fillets in as ur filleting. If u r going to freeze them spread them on paper towel and completely dry them then vacuum seal nice an flat and a yr later they will taste like u caught it yesterday 👌👌👌

How we preserve our fillets- Grab a bucket of fresh blue sea water on your way back in , we usually have salt water ice blocks pre-made we chuck in the bucket , when you fillet your fish chuck them in the salt water brine and when they’re chilled cryvac and freeze with a bit of the salt water. 6 months later they’ll be as fresh as the day you caught them.

You are getting more dialed in with every trip. Pretty soon, you will put out the "How to catch a ton of Cobia" video. Looking forward to it!

These videos take me back to the 80’s-90’s when I used to go out in port Phillip bay fishing with my old man (rip) I hope you keep the videos fairly raw I find it a lot more relatable! Fishing first, filming second. Keep up the great work men 👍

Nice fresh fish you got there. Another option with the fish frames you could use them in crab pots

Wonderful to see you out Mark! I can't go fishing so I'm going with you vicariously. Every time I look at your fishing vids it reminds me of going out with my mother in her Bayliner in the channel in Ketchikan, Alaska. She could catch fish in mud holes inland!

Awesome 👍 video bro just a couple of suggestions salt ice keeps the fish in better condition and make the young fulla carry the eski save pulling out the ride on he looks strong enough

Also keep in mind. The pearlies love hanging around wire weed. Deeper the better.

A little metal casting slug rigged on a spinner ready to go would probably get you hooked up on those bust ups you had footage of, probably Mac tuna or something like that.

You did better than me. I went out around the cape on Thursday and only got a green jobfish. The rest were all undersized. So many whales around at the moment! Love the videos, keep up the great work.

Whenever you’re underway your motor looks like it’s trimmed down too far, the ride is much more friendly when trimmed out.

Great video Mark. Would be awesome to get out with you guys but I’m a bit far ( Pittsburgh Pa. USA ). You should have a contest to fish with you guys for a day and get a garden tour. I fly down for that one…….

You're missing out on so much. I'm not doing your style of trips that often, because that's not where the easy harvest is. I'm 3 minutes from that ramp with a 580 platey. Willing to give a leg up. Flathead on plastics will help the channel.

Just a minor point, spiking the fish is 100% the right way to get the best out of your catch but it's critically important to spike the fish as soon as you land it. Every second counts when it comes to stress on the fish. Don't get me wrong I couldn't care less about the fish or its suffering it's all about getting the best flavour and freshness. I'd ask for less " Dad Jokes " but we all know Mark can't help himself lol.

And that looks like bait on the sounder, not necessarily fish?
