The formation is going to play a pivotal role in our recruitment. If GON decides to revert to a flat back 4 - that may mean curtains for toti and Kilman. The latter being our most saleable asset. A recognised number 9 is a priority. Regardless of the formation. False nine's don't work unless your citeh. Pretty much agree with everything mentioned. Good insightful videos guy's

Pedro Neto playing a full season for us would be the Golden Present for all Wolves fans. With him in the side, fit and playing every week I really believe we would have reached Europe this season. And likewise our only chance of competing for a spot like that next season depends on retaining a fit Neto. But it ain't gonna happen, is it. Sadly we are going to have sell Pedro and I just hope that his injury record doesn't deflate the price we are able to recoup for him. There is no doubt that keeping him would be a huge risk - he may well have recurrence of serious injury and be totally unsellable by next summer. Regretfully, we have to cash in now. And without him, a Top Half finish will be the upper limit of our Premier League dreams for the new season, which is something I think Jeff Shi was alluding to. I think in general that fans underestimate how difficult it is for a club like Wolves to retain a place in the Premier League. We now have a run of seven seasons in the top flight, you have to go back to the 1970's since we were last so successful. But today, unlike back then, the Top Six have the silverware tied up and monopolised between them. We have to be realistic about what Wolves can achieve. Again, I think this is Jeff Shi's message, although he didn't express it well. I'm no fan of Hwang, but I have to admit he is a superbly cool finisher inside the box and there are times when breaking with Cunha he makes excellent runs into space or drags defenders away to create space. But, on the downside, he can not for the life of him hold the ball up or win an aerial challenge, he disappears in games where we are struggling, and he, like Sarabia, doesn't appear to work hard when we lose possession. Sure, he has commercial value for the club in the Korean market, and Fosun must have an eye on that. Yet, even having expressed my doubts about him, I have to agree with you, that signing a similar or better player is a difficult and expensive task and that we are better off keeping him. I wonder if either Gonzalez or Chiquinho will feature as wingers this coming season? I think they might get opportunities if Sarabia is sold and Bellegarde fails to step up to the mark. Centrally I don't think any of Silva, Podence or Kalajdzic will ever feature for Wolves again and Che Adams is going to be a back up striker and play only if we suffer disastrously from injuries like we have done this season. Perhaps Jonathan Rowe from Norwich will become our main winger if he is bought with the money from Neto's sale. The summer transfer action at Molineux is going to be fascinating and, I suspect, surprising too. dylanwolf in the billyq

Fair do, doubt summer transfer window will be spectacular 👌 it hasn't the past 2 seasons expect going out! Will be same bollox scraping around last week of window to bring some scraps in especially under this incompetent regime that has manifested at wolves last few years.

Fabio silva think most people now have come to realise just how much longer do you loan or keep a player who isn't developing or is no longer in the managers style or way of thinking Time we got whatever we can for fabio time for all parties to move on it hasn't worked out for the player or the club

Any opinions about the sale of Diogo Jota? Constantly injured at Liverpool. A good move to sell him? I think so. Let Neto go for a fat profit. Let’s have some fit players for a change.

Depends was a structure deal over 2 years with hoever going the other way? Was about 40mill In total over 2 years not including the ten mill for hoover. And they bought podence well nuno wanted podende for 12mill or so..both hoever and podence haven't played for us this season so? I think it's been a bad deal.... but Jota never wanted to play here mendes and jota used wolves as a stepping stone..he was told to come play here by gestifute agency and if he played here he would eventually get a bigger move one day. Either way his value has gone down recently Jota coming 27-28 years old and he's been injured he was worth 80mill euros at one point at Liverpool.

@@jackmullin8962 Thanks Jack, I was thinking more about the injury factor. Doubtless had Diogo been more injury free, Liverpool would have got far more than their monies worth, as it was/is.

Neto's injuries are so frustrating. I definitely wouldn't be too upset with selling him this summer. Love him. Love his passion. But we could use that money, for sure.

👍🧡🖤🖖✊ Unfortunately after us having faith in Fosun, we are left thinking they are only here to strip our great club of all it's assets ... totally destroy us & leaving us with nothing. We'd have just liked to keep the all current squad together for 1 more year. It would cost Fosun hardly anything to do this however after Jeff Shi's recent moments it seems like he totally hates us and is against any progress for us 😞🧡🖤

As much as I love Neto, if a club bids between £45mil-£60mil this summer I’d snap their hand off just because like you say his injury record isn’t great.

Correction. His injury record is excellent. Always injured Except when international duty calls. What's he got plastic knees and elastic band hamstrings. This one is an endless sick note. Another Darren Anderson. Anyone remember him?

Can’t see anybody paying for guedes, knowing his on 80k a week and will Guedes want to move when he’s on such a good contract. I can see loans until his contracts over.

80k a week the lads a complete con artist fraud and he's pretty shit footballer stats are crap. How he mugged our scouts off lol god knows? Mendes got his way again. Doubt we will get a fee his stats have been crap past 2 years. Lucky to get 10mill or so for him now. Best Just get him off the books. Maybe saudi will take him?

Dissapointed to see nothing on Fletcher Holman. He looks stunning at the moment, would love to see him on loan. Also, whats happening with Justin Hubner? Hes looked amazing when playing for his nation but not seem him anywhere recently???

He's out on loan in Japan atm. Holman played less than a handful of u21 games so can't judge him much atm

Seeing how many ex Wolves players have ended up at Wrexham, I wouldn't be shocked if King and Campbell ended up at Wrexham at some point.

That's as opposed to the £50m on Cunha, £15m on Bellegarde, £12.5m on Santi Bueno, £11m on Boubacar Traore, £45m on Nunes, £32.6m on Guedes, £24.3m on Collins, £18.7m on Gomes, £18m on Kalajdzic, £16.7m on Hwang, £11m on Lemina, £5m on Sarabia, £3.75m on Dawson, £11.1m on Ait-Nouri, £8m on Sa, £5.2m on Mosquera, £3.5m on Chiquinho, £2m on Bolla, £1.2m on Jeong, that they've spent over the last three seasons (not including loan deals). They are really tight-fisted, aren't they?

That was then , this is now , where was the money in Jan ,when we could have got European football ? Having to play kids ....hope I'm wrong but I think the taps have been turned off .

@@dylanwolfnot including player sales, they also get like 140-160 mill in TV money per season. 66MILL for nunes, 45 for neves. 25 mill for collins. Etc.

@@dylanwolfcunha was signed for £44 mill. His value has gone up though now worth about 50mill in the last market update, and he's young and Brazilian. Will only go up if he plays well.
