Dude love your videos, you do awesome work. But you really need a parts washer. You can make one with a used fuel pump and kerosene. Get a container that will hold the kerosene and a old sink that will drain to the container, add a strainer so parts don't get washed down the drain, add a parts washing brush. And your ready to go. Use a 12 volt battery or a 12 volt adapter, with a switch to turn it on and off.

Holy cow you need a parts washer! Especially with the volume of rebuilding you do. That front diff will never last. So much grit and grime was left behind. Can't just use brake cleaner and wipe it down with a rag. That does not get all the grit and grime out of all the little recess. That stuff will come loose, when mixed with the new oil and grind all those gears and bearings up. Cleanliness is godliness when it comes to rebuilding stuff like. A good parts washer is cheap compared to redoing it....

It's ready again for submarine duty! Good rebuild. I would suggest using the polaris fluid for that front diff. Its thinner, allows the magnet to pull some junk out. Run it hard in 4wd and change it out a few times to see if it clears up. There should be a fill on the top or side and a drain on the bottom. By the way that drain cap was stuck on doesn't look like it was ever changed in the past. I change mine out on a ranger at least once a year its always darkish and it goes in clear yellowish. Always junk on the magnet plug.
