@@marleonetti7 this had nothing to do with the hood. The defendant thought he could sell the plaintiff a poor quality product and get away with it and he did it because she was a woman. I turned down a big contract and refund a former client their money just for a peace of mind. Even when I did that they still tried to get me to do the job and I refused. As I always say, it's petty to sue for a small $ but pettier to not repay a small $, as a business owner, he should've calculated his cost vs profits and realized that coming to TV for a refusal to repay $30 of a bad product would not help him. We all hate buying from huge corporations like Walmart and Amazon but one thing that keeps them thriving over small businesses is their customer service/ client satisfaction services. I don't buy from random websites because I worry about getting bad products and not being able to return them.

@@marleonetti7 I guess You have the experience with scamming so you must know better. I’ve seen people from all races sue for amounts I wouldn’t sue out of convenience but I always admire them for standing up for their rights. Even $15 is enough to sue because the federal minimum wage is $11 so that’s an hour of labor that was stolen. The judge is paid $8 million per year and the show is making millions so $500 to the people who’re “working” to sustain it is nothing for them

@@marleonetti7- I saw someone sue for the cost of a pizza slice in the Wapner days. And it didn't balloon into a $500 lawsuit, he actually sued for the cost of the slice, just as the plaintiff sued for the cost of her product (oh, I forgot $100 for aggravation, which she should know she wouldn't get). It's about the principle. I think the defendant is a scammer. First he never sent it at all, he ignored her calls until she made a dispute, then sent crap (clearly old, bought moss). He also lied in court and his own evidence showed that.

🚩🚩He just proved that he is a scammer. 🚩He took a month to get it to her, 🚩it was poor quality, 🚩and ontop of that he tried to force her to use some and 🚩then still didn’t want to do proper customer service or a refund. 🥴😳He also tried to entrap her. I’m GLAD SHE TOOK HIM TO COURT so his company can have this strike under them. Because he is slippery like an eel. The lady handled the situation quite nicely and frankly I’m GLAD he recorded her because that helped HER case.

Yeah, I hate to see self entitled people win, but defendant did not handle her refund request in good faith. He presented conflicting facts and he really should have just refunded this customer (after getting the product returned) to make her go away.

Thank you so much. Sea moss has worked for me and my skin and health and all we do is just try to provide great products and services that we know works for us. I do not believe she gets hers from St. Lucia. This is why. We order from St. Lucia and we have the certificates to prove it. visit theysource.com/ and you will see all of our certificates . We provide them to the public. This was good for T.V. she was fun to be on the show with but the facts speak for themselves. We should have just refunded her money it was very petty I would agree. Thanks for watching we appreciate your comment.

It's interesting that she thinks nature produces inferior products. Aren't their differences between grasses from different locations, she only knows grass from one of them and holds that as standard for all.

@@annereidy7981 well if seamoss from Jamaica is more palatable than China that’s her preference to taste. And if he said they get it from St Lucia and lied that’s not okay. She’s knowledgeable in seamoss bc she’s worked with it for years.

@@annereidy7981 well if it feels like plastic and taste like metal it’s probably tainted or expired. Nature can be tainted. Maybe the moss was grown in polluted water.
