@@marleonetti7 this had nothing to do with the hood. The defendant thought he could sell the plaintiff a poor quality product and get away with it and he did it because she was a woman. I turned down a big contract and refund a former client their money just for a peace of mind. Even when I did that they still tried to get me to do the job and I refused. They said they would pay me whatever the cost but if they act like that for a short span I don't need that kind of drama no matter how much money.

We understood that she was looking for a payday. This is a T. V show. We both were paid to be on the show. Have our appearance and evidence was cut to make this show interesting. As I always say, it's petty to sue for a small $ but pettier to not repay a small $, as a business owner, he should've calculated his cost vs profits and realized that coming to TV for a refusal to repay $30 of a bad product would not help him. We all hate buying from huge corporations like Walmart and Amazon but one thing that keeps them thriving over small businesses is their customer service/ client satisfaction services. I don't buy from random websites because I worry about getting bad products and not being able to return them.

I’ve seen people from all races sue for amounts I wouldn’t sue out of convenience but I always admire them for standing up for their rights. Even $15 is enough to sue because the federal minimum wage is $11 so that’s an hour of labor that was stolen. The judge is paid $8 million per year and the show is making millions so $500 to the people who’re “working” to sustain it is nothing for them

And it didn't balloon into a $500 lawsuit, he actually sued for the cost of the slice, just as the plaintiff sued for the cost of her product (oh, I forgot $100 for aggravation, which she should know she wouldn't get). It's about the principle. I think the defendant is a scammer. First he never sent it at all, he ignored her calls until she made a dispute, then sent crap (clearly old, bought moss). He also lied in court and his own evidence showed that.

@ReaP JoY I take sea moss in either pill form or alone in powder form. For me, there aren't any noticeable cosmetic changes I can connect to taking it, but health benefits are there. My overall health has improved, they way I feel, I don't really get colds or the flu or anything, but I also take other supplements too, so it could be a combination of all of them.

Seamoss is not fishy. It has a wild ocean/salty smell/taste if not properly soaked and cleaned. I make it, use it and sell it and there is no fishy smell.

Sea Moss (Chondrus crispus) grows in the North Atlantic in cold waters, not in Jamaica or St. Lucia.

these are two people from the hood that made up a fake 25 dollar case in order to earn 500 dollars each from the show . there is no damn way a person is gonna sue in small claims court over 25 dollars because it costs more than that just to spend your time and money filing the damn claim.
