We are selling our home and what a nightmare. No views nothing AND we are selling my mother’s home as she died this year. That’s been a nightmare too It’s not a sellers market at the moment … and the uncertainty of our government is not helping either I have my fingers and toes crossed for you. Rebecca

Few knocked on door told them take a picture of our sale sign and contact agent ( not let them in) some are nosy

I did a crazy thing paid cash for home thsn a week later went abroad. But as moved in had a suitcase of holiday gear ready) day after moved in changed locks Always learning and had master craftsman and a few cowboys.

Difficult to say with real estate. In some way that may not be in their interest, however It may create an offer scenario and the agent feels they can then have a basis to negotiate a better price. So many methods with no clear lines.

I left a long comment for you on this video within an hour of you posting it yesterday, and it's disappeared! What's going on? I don't think you would have deleted it. I was just saying to be careful how much info you give out about your house sale, so as not to clue the buyer into maliciously slashing the price, as you've revealed only having a single offer. Don't feel you need to give a running commentary on the sale. Avoid criticism of the agent until the sale has fully gone through.
