Excellent packing work! Both the vacuum and the elves were challenging. I would have made it more complex by wanting to wrap each elf in tissue paper, then bubble and have some kind of divider between them--obviously none of that needed. Thanks for the fine examples.

It would be great to see a highlight video of tough packs. Vacuums, large stuffed animals, fragile items, etc.

You should put some command strips on the bottom of the tape so it stays put.

I notice you ship a lot of really small items so why don’t you use a smaller box size like 7x5x2? You’d save more on packing material. I use them mostly for N64 games and belt buckles (because that’s just what I have to sell).

How do you come up with the dimension values that you put in eBay for the shipping for things like padded envelopes?

I just make up some numbers that I think are close, it's not that crucial tbh. Boxes I will measure.

Help Guys, Sold an item. Went to print label, buyer decided to meet for delivery. So I canceled the label met him delivered package. How do I mark it delivered on eBay.

You would have to cancel the sale and add local pickup as a shipping option then relist the item. If you've already completed the transaction with the buyer, I'm not sure there is anything you can do.

I understand you are saying this tape is thicker and stickier but it looks like you are using the same amount of tape as before. Not seeing how you are using less tape or saving $/time. Is that just your habit?
