I am avid watcher of Dan Koe (if you know of him). It was good at beginning but he keeps mentioning same thing over and over again but different ways. Then I realised that he teaches philosophy and not that very practical in my job. He ends up making note app. So it makes me realise these people are so good on KZbin coz they're teaching philosophy but those things are not practical in real life a.k.a making real cash flows so at the end, we are making them richer if we keep watching their content and yet we're still poor.

@@endgamefond this is an excellent point and I’ve never really connected to dots on that until now. A lot of people are pushing the coaching route right now, but many people do not see that as a legitimate business model. honestly, the accountability is what people need the most to make a change at all and you can get that and numerous ways for free without paying thousands of dollars. I think the pyramid scheme people are running it because content does not convert generally people are excited and click on something because of the emotional impulse, but when it comes to buying and using a digital product, I’m not so sure how well that emotion holds. To be fair, a lot of creators are selling niche solutions to their audience who thinks like them. How much value they’re actually providing is questionable but it’s something on myself after grapple with as a creator, looking to monetize my content.

@garrettvranicar6470Ай бұрын
I'm 22 and I'm making 100-150k (before tax) and it's kinda easy for me, I work a full time warehouse job, I work 60 hours there, then I work a flex security guard job and pick up an extra 20-40 hours a week. Then I do door dash and some other delivery apps. And I do remote work while I'm at security. My warehouse job is paying for a cdl for me (the region I live in has a good oil and gas industry so trucking jobs even local driver can make over 200k annually) then security is helping me get armed security in my home state and the neighbor states which could give me a decent pay increase especially if I change jobs to higher paying security guards and I'm learning different languages to do remote translating work and I'm still learning delivery apps. I am saving up for college rn so I can get a masters in a stem field (get it faster if I go to school year round). I'm trying to save up as much as I can and I'm putting some stuff aside for investing and most of what I buy is either groceries or rent (I live in a cheap apartment in a safe neighborhood and cut costs where I can) after I reach my savings goal 60k then I don't have to work as much and I'm a lot more set for any emergency and will have a high paying job that makes similarly to what I'm making now without having to spend 100+ hours a week like I am now. I could make 150k working 40-60 hours a week with only a cdl. I also have investments I can't touch atm bc they're joint with family I think I'm doing well but I feel behind for not graduating college right away, but getting these back up make feel like I have a more secure future than my peers bc I'm not putting all my eggs in one basket and I won't have to worry about debt unlike most of my peers. Sometimes I just doubt what I'm doing and I'm not the most self confident but I feel like I'm on the right track. Also it's hard to meet women when I'm working all the time, I hope I can find someone who will genuinely care for me but I feel like I have to work more to earn that

Looks like the card at the end for the next video didn't come up. I agree with you in that many of those who claim to be making tons of money really aren't, and the only ones who fall for the scam are those who simply don't know any better. The problem is that if they convince enough people to buy whatever they're selling, they do end up making good money, so it's kind of like the old "fake it til you make it" advice.

just got done seeing “This is how to make 43K in one month” only to find it was clickbait and he’s literally selling a course in the end, just like the OP mocked others for in the beginning by saying, “they’re all just selling you courses”. And as I left disappointed for sitting through the 16m clickbait, I thought to myself, “seems like most of these kids are coming from advantaged beginnings” - only to receive confirmation that the lot of them are just frigging cons here. 😂 So all this to say, thank you. I’m a recently single mom after leaving an abusive ex and so obviously any way to have a double income again without risking the safety of my family would be worthwhile. . . But part of me just knew there had to be something “too good to be true” with all of these chads.

2:06 honestly, though I think it’s hard to do good work these days. Because we’re in the business of making content in the first place, you have to “flex” a little bit and show a lifestyle that you might not even necessarily live just to get people to click because humans are sensational and emotional creatures. they don’t wanna hear the truth about your product or service. They want to see the results your product can give them in their own lives. Honestly people are shallow and it’s not our fault that we have to, fiddle with the algorithm like this to get viewed at all. The reality is, it’s not the algorithms fault either-it’s peoples level of consciousness and what we as a culture and society value. We can talk all we want about spirituality and self improvement and business and these higher things but at the core of all of us is the primitive urges of a monkey

People bitch more than they work, & doubt more than they trust even in themselves. And, most of these people are in your comment section & as your subscribers. No wonder you have been at it for 9 years and still stuck to only 25K followers. Good for you and people following your negativity. I am 33 years old running 4 successful online businesses & apart from some bad apples most of these kids are following what people like Russell Bronson and Dan Kennedy have preached. They may be kids but they acted on it and are running their businesses unlike most people who only consume content & dreams but never reflects on what they consumed and why. Best of luck mate, hope you get rid of your envy. It doesn't matter if you are right or wrong, but negativity will never make your audience feel like "Oh I want to work with this man for posting negative content". If you don't like these kids, ignore them. Only thing I agree with you here is "Run your own race. Don't compare yourself to others". This will keep your mind intact in the chaos out there. What kind of businesses you do? Genuine interest I researched such guys and doing hard work already (i'm data scientist by profession). The insight (i might be wrong ofc) i get is this: they just sell conventional wisdom and conventional philosophy. I.e. they might read a couple of marketing books/courses, copy and sell them as their "own" experience. Or just make some vague things up. Why? Majority got no growth or not growing as fast as they promise to build your business. And their "coaching" most possibly give just the same knowledge as 10 articles from google. So they just force you to do vague tasks
@cemetryАй бұрын
@@Yyy_kkk-k5c It's simple. Information is always out there. And if someone doesn't share or sell information then there will be no knowledge in this world. What is conventional information for you is may be a very new information for a complete beginner, so sharing or selling information is not a crime. It's the source of information that you need to be careful about. Also, If someone is not right in the mind & have no sense of basic judgement to actually figure out the credibility of the information that they received, then even Jesus cannot prevent them from failure or getting scammed. Credible teachers in the world provides you with information and implementation side by side. And, in the marketing world they attracts students or aspirants through information, and then sell the implementation of that knowledge to earn a living. I don't see no wrong in that. Of course, if the marketer has made a false promise then it's wrong. If he has promised to teach you to write a sales page, but has not done that, then it's wrong. But, if you (not you but in general) think that you already know what the guy has taught you then the fault lies on you for not doing your research on the course or the coaching before purchasing it. If you think the course is basic for you that means the course was meant for people who are complete beginners. If you think the course is only for beginners but was promoted as an advanced course then the course creator would not be sharing much detail about the course in his sales page and will keep it vague, and in that case it's your fault for buying the product without having any knowledge about the ingredients in it. Also, most credible teachers in every field are out there as the sun in the bright day but most people are "not smart" in my opinion and they tend to suffer from "shiny object syndrome" and takes information from people that is "trending" and then they suffer. And then there are people who have no idea of sales & marketing, and to be honest no interest in it, but wants to be a copywriter and digital marketer because it looks shiny and seductive, and the idea of working 2 hours a day, from anywhere and make tons of money easy is enticing to them. These people have are the ones who falls flat because their greed is thinking, not them. You want to be a copywriter follow Alex Cattoni, you want to learn sales follow Alex Hormozi, you want to be a youtuber follow Think Media, and then when you have basic knowledge about the industry and skill that you want to learn you should go ahead and buy a course or coaching to learn the implementation, and if you do that in this order you will never be scammed and you will choose the right course. It's so simple. You only would need to have a little bit of common sense, but alas. And here you doesn't mean YOU at all or in particular, but in general. And, to answer your first question I am a copywriter/software developer and I have a software business, and 2 clothing brands, 1 consulting business, & 1 subscription service business, and there are couple more other business.
