one little tip I use whenever I die to an attack is I put an extra set of armor and weapon with ammo next to my pal box, so I can put that on and then go back to get my stuff. I also fly there to get my stuff, it's easier to get it in the sky than it is on the ground when other pals are in the way like the tococo. also if and when you get a Lyleen, she has the ability to heal you. It's pretty nice when you need a healing during a fight.

Oh that’s smart, I shoulda brought some extra armour so I wouldn’t take tick dmg from the heat! Also about the lyleen I think the next thing I’ll have to do is breed one! I’ve gotten a lot of people telling me how strong she is 💙

I know you probably still have PTSD from fighting her, but Lyleen is THE BEST Grass Pal in the game! You should SERIOUSLY consider breeding her and maxing out her Rank + Pal Souls. I will also add that this Anubis is the ONLY Pal that has the Earth Emperor passive skill so sorry you need to do this again & catch him lol. You should also try and get the Multiclimate Undershirt if you don't already have it as it makes the Heat/Cold Armor not needed as much.

What level were your pals? Selene did a fair bit more damage for me. When i fought him. Part of the trouble is Anubis is so fast

I think my selyne was level 40, the rest of my pals were around 30-35

@jjaestreamer mine were level 54-55 so that's definitely the difference. Selene is definitely a good damage dealer. I use her for a lot of fights lately Against Anubis I'm starting to like Quivern Botan, though. Partly I prefer a flying mount for Anubis and partly it's starting move set is nice for taking on Anubis. And the CTs are good for it's move set for near constant attacking. Might try a group of Bristla and a liftmunk though just to see what that can do. I like using the OG ones still!
