I think for this one someone should explain them that the message IS correctly translated. Cid was so sure that Mitsugoshi would not survive the economic battle against their opponents so he thought ''ok i am gonna do this and when i do and strike it rich i will hire Alpha and the others as well so i will also be saving them'', and wrote that message to Beta to convey them this but he did not think that the message would be translated this quickly. If the anime just had kept his internal thought of ''did the girls translate the message, no it is too quick'' or something like that this probably would have be clearer but sadly.

To be fair, I had the same thought as them. There's no indication in the anime that he found out that they took the money so this makes sense as a conclusion.
@JunkoEnoshima.7 күн бұрын
@@jolliapplegirlYeah i don’t blame them at all for misunderstanding it, the anime left the details out. Which is why i am saying perhaps someone should explain to them, maybe alongside with the fact that Cid and Shadow garden members wears masks in the source so no one will be able to recognize them even from close distance

@@jolliapplegirl He still does not know that they got the gold, the reason he runs away is because he thinks Mitsugoshi collapsed and he no longer has the gold to run Mitsugoshi 2.0, allowing their "anger" to calm down before returning as if nothing happened.

@@randomuniquehandle Nah in the previous episode it showed him write that note especially to give to Beta. The cooking notes were on a different page.

I love how Delta is the closest one to knowing who Cid really is. He does not really put on an act when its just the two of them.

Delta is a magical girl. I know she loves killing and blood and battle, and she just wants to hunt for Shadow and have countless children from him, but I just want her to end up happy for life. Her simplicity and earnestness makes her unbearably special.

Its also funny because nobody will ever believe her if she told the others.

The LN had HUGE fight scenes with Gettan. Yukime basically went super saiyan and bodied him. She thought he was done, but he got back up and critically struck her. Cid came in and started attacking him with wires. Gettan did a pretty good job of dodging them... For a while. As Gettan got tired, he started getting sliced to ribbons. THEN he took the pills and powered through them. The rest of the fight basically went as showed. The pills even gave him an insane regeneration factor. But, even that was worn down. Also, even in the LN, Juggernaut was killed offscreen. The companion show, Kagejitsu, had an episode that accompanied the last episode that gives us the best and only canon representation of a fight between Juggernaut and Delta. And it's fucking hilarious!

I think the reason they imagined shadow acted independently wasn't so that people wouldn't know shadow garden owns mitsugoshi, but rather so that mitsugoshi wouldn't be complicit in the fraud when the government investigates what happened

Yukime is irrefutably one of the best female characters I'd seen in ages. From village leader's daughter to political marriage candidate to slave prostitute to working girl to business woman to city leader and gang leader to a member of the enormous secret organization working to prevent the collapse of the world order. Who tf else you got who is more complex, strong, hurt, and ambitious, huh?!?

are you guys watching the shorts that come out after each episode? They expand on the episodes and tie them to the next, providing good context for episodes to come.

18:00 WHOA! These boys just helped me realize another HUGE reason why the movie is going to be completely and utterly craptastic. Here, we got the "encrypted message" that Eta broke down, showing Beta one of the many weird, nonsense ways Shadow might share vital info with his girls. Now...I won't say anything detailed, but if you've read the books, you know what is totally wrong about those last minutes of the final S2 episode...what is missing. Missing element....decrypting strange words....it's just not cool changing all of what happens. Damn it, this might be the most awful letdown I've ever experienced in an anime adaptation.
