This stuff is very real. I’m only 2 weeks in and really noticed my energy levels. Going to gym every morning for years and now I feel like going back in the afternoons aswell. Went to a zoo yesterday and the food line up was huge. While standing there waiting I noticed so many people both woman and men making eye contact with me and practically staring at me. It was kind of a little freakish. Then when you look at the men they all looked pretty drained and tired. I think just by retaining you will naturally progress to living out your purpose especially if you are a man of God. Gotta say it’s been hard. I don’t think I’ve gone more then a couple of days without getting off in 30 years. But it gets better. It’s a day to day walk. Keeping woman out of my life and focus on myself for first time ever. You have no idea how much I can relate to this. I did semen retention for over a year and people would do the exact same thing. When I enter the room noticeably more people will look at me, then when I try to talk to them they don’t like me unless it’s the opposite sex. It got so annoying to the point where I started getting more anxiety than when I was addicted to porn. I didn’t realize it’s normal, and thought nofap just made people hate me, so obviously I used that as an excuse to masterbate again. Blessed to have a ministry like this; I almost felt short a few months ago in a previous toxic relationship. All those fleshly desire went a way fast, because of God’s conviction. same bro this vid is relatable. I find that my animal impulse is controlling me in a sense man. It's like I'm always indulging in fornication and masturbation even when my soul doesn't want to do these things. I remembered before i started having sex with females, i had went on semen retention/no fap for 3 months but now is like this concept is so novel to me. Every time i try to maintain some sexual discipline i relapsed. The repercussions of my actions include: low self esteem, social anxiety, low pitched voice (no deepness or bass), difficulty maintaining eye contact, stuttering or difficulty communicating. I had a porn addiction and prayed for Jesus to remove that unclear spirit from me...everytime i watched porn i felt depressed and shame i didnt know why. Then after praying and building a 1on1 relationship...the need to watch porn was removed from me...i always tried it on my own but failed but with the Calling of Christ that demon fleed. So as i started (NoFap) i grew more knowledge into looking at seman retention. My girlfriend at the time even stated to me, "you should watch porn its natural and i don't like no sex thing that you're doing. " brooo... that was the unclean spirit speaking thro her ...i was in shock and a little fear that she tried to get me to relapse. I did give in and relapse...but God was also showing me that anything or anyone who stands in the way of building with Him you must detach from. Nofap is the first step for me and the Lord showed me greater strength and it became seman retention. You must allow him to work thro you even if u fail... pray pray pray!!! The test will come and spiritual warfare will occur! The Holy Spirit will TEST you! The urges will get strong but these are tests you must pass to grow stronger in faith. Praise God that we have his mercy and LOVE bro. Following Jesus and having a 1on1 relationship is PEACE from the world. We must unplug from this AntiChrist system. Television, movies, MUSIC **
