It all start from the morning too. Once you get your morning right by being calm, your day will go well by adding what JB said. With a calm and relax body, you’ll have a calm and relax mind. Do something to get your body right. Qi gong, BW exercises, yoga/stretching and meditation will definitely start your morning off. You’ll have days when you’re strong and days when you’re weak. The goal is to be consistent. By any means!!! Every damn day!!!

Some good advice fellas is that when you see a beautiful woman, and 99.9% of the time they're gonna have makeup on, know that thats not how a woman truly looks. Just because Isaac Newton compiled these concepts and found a way to describe nature as Calculus does not mean that Calculus never existed before Newton (or any historical Indian mathematician). However, if one chooses to resonate with Newton’s ideas who is to say that the individual’s beliefs are invalid simply because one belief system predates another? As dissimilar as logic and spirituality seem, both paths led me to accepting Christ. Regardless of belief system, I’ve only seen one true God. Rarely comment on videos but this journey is powerful fellas. Learned about SR about two and half years and did a couple decent streaks (1 month, 18 days, a couple weeks) but would always relapse. Truly finding the most high and wanting to unlock all my potential that I’ve been wasting is my what made realize how low energy and toxic i was. Almost a week in and i feel more energy, have less anxiety, started to study a passive income source and eye contact is longer and feels natural.
