Instead of asking God to deliver them from lust that would lead them to masturbation and fornication, they tried to fight their flesh using their own strength. day 40 something on SR. I stopped counting days but this is so accurate. I'm verbally able to express my thoughts now. Better focus and concentration. High energy. Moving with purpose. Better eye contact. Walking close with GOD AND sinning less. I journal now and here is the big one. I look at women as a person rather then a sex object witch I return I'm getting crazy compliments, stares ,smiles and giggles. Just last Sunday a women at church sat next to me when she had other seats available.

I won’t lie man I’ve been trying, I pray, I read, I’m 15, but like a year ago almost 2 I’ve been on SR, and I really don’t notice a small bit of change. I’m still struggling to get up in mornings, and the enemy is sending me those lustful dreams, it just feels all the same if not worse than when I used to not practice SR before I met Christ. My life feels good with Christ, but I just don’t feel all those benefits you guys talk about with SR. And I could care less about how other females look at me it’s just the energy part and feeling great that I want to experience

Bro im 14 and i just wanna say keep going. You will reap the benefits eventually. Ive relapsed like 3 times since October/November 2023 and i still see the benefits. At the start You might get heavly attacked by wet dreams every 2-3 days and succubus demons draining your energy, but you will see the benefits soon. Also remember that the main focus shouldnt be benefits like more energy. It's a good thing, but the main focus should be getting closer to God and obeying Him. Seek first God and all things shall be added unto you. Much love brother. 🙏❤️ Edit: I forgot to say you should exercise aswell. For example you could start by doing some pushups or something idk.

If you're having sexual dreams, you might have a demon which might be the reason why you're not seeing the benefits you seek. If you're really serious about changing and stopping your sexual sin then, call on the presence of the heavenly Father and that spirit will leave but, if you're not serious, don't call on his presence because, when they leave and you let them come back from sinning again, they will come back with more and stronger spirits. Just know that literally calling on god's presence will cause demons to flee from you. You'll probably feel them leave your body.

Pulling this energy up your body rather then letting it sit at the base (pelvic region). Pick a goal to focus on (reading the Bible, or becoming more successful) and start working towards that and using the energy towards productive goals. Hope this helps

Semen retention is partly the reason I accepted Jesus Christ as my savior. I felt horrible every time I allowed GOD’s essence to spill. When i would retain my seed I was filled with an energy that was overwhelming. I didn’t know what to do with it.
