This happens to me at the gym. My gym is loaded with Jezebel's and majority of them who come with their boyfriends are simp boyfriends. Im on day 3 SR. It's a struggle, yes but I would rather it be this way then, me constantly draining my energy everyday for what? nothing and then feeling ashamed afterwards. Hate that feeling of being weak and not being in control of my life. I know its not me its a demon. and I'm a work in progress.

For anyone having a hard time with this change, and anything else really, I have something that may help you knock that wall down: Write reminders, passages, and affirmations on your bathroom mirror. That way it is the first thing you interact with in the morning. I do a combination of this and sticky notes all around my office area. In a way that even if I don't mean to, I'll end up reading it accidentally, then a chain reaction happens where I feel compelled to read the one next to it, and so on. (STAY AWAY FROM YOUR PHONE/COMPUTER AT LEAST UNTIL AFTER YOU EAT BREAKFAST! THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT, AS THE FIRST THING YOU INTERACT WITH MAY DICTATE HOW YOU WILL FEEL FOR MOST OF THE DAY, SO MAKE SURE IT'S NURTURING AND POSITIVE, BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT THE INTERNET WILL FEED YOU NEXT.) I didn't know how important this is. I've struggled with porn addiction and sex my whole life and I'm just now seeing how much it's been hurting me. I've quit watching porn and I'm trying as hard as I can to not fap. I've also stopped smoking/taking cbd and threw away other things that were not of God. I'm trying as hard as I can to do what God is wanting me to. I just hope that I'm not too late.. 😔 I've spent so long in the dark and disobeying God..
