Im 42 and im on day 18. No blue balls or wet dreams either, at all. However the first time i attempted 2 weeks (few months ago), i kept getting to about a week then had wet dreams constantly. I too find it really difficult to break my addictions of lust, I feel that people never really talk about how women can also have p*rn addictions, it's humiliating how hard of a habit it is to break when it becomes part of your routine and when everyone around you says it's just normal... I’m on day 28 of SR. I’m a 17 yr old senior in hs and this is the longest I’ve went since my PMO addiction started when I was just a 14 yr old freshman. My goal is to legit hold on to this until I feel it’s time. I’d like to get to 1 year. I definitely have felt a couple benefits but not as much as many others bc I have a crazy busy life rn abt a month and a half before I graduate. I’ve been so busy with school, work, homework, and family things where I average 4 hours of sleep a night during the week but I get to catch up on sleep during the weekends. For those suffering with wet dreams this is how I stopped a succubus from draining my energy: I had a experience where as I was in the dream gettin seduced I realized it was a dream. I was in a castle and this girl was following me everywhere. There were so many doors on this castle but every time she would pop up very seductively. It was a frantic dream she was trying to get closer to me and I was moving though the castle in and out of different rooms. I decided to stop and just slow down. At that moment I observed everything around me. In the dream the succubus was in front of me, she was talking saying something as she approached me. Very seductively She started grinding on me. I didn't react and remained calm and while I gained this new level of awareness her form literally started to shift. She started to morph with scales growing on her back and face like mystique on x-men. I realized then this isn't a girl. For a moment it seemed like time had stopped as I mentally fought the succubus back and won. I didn't release. I calmly pushed her away and off of me and turned around and walked away. There was a very strong tug but I had already mentally determined that I was not about to get involved with this scaly bch. I woke up and felt like I had went through a battle but this experience proved to me that we are not weak against the succubus. We can't fight them back to protect our energy. So the next time you are experiencing any arousal or sexual desire in your dream SLOW DOWN and observe what's actually happening. That's what I did and I was able to stop the succubus from draining me. By me slowing down and observing it caused the succubus to shift and I saw her true form. Hope this helps.
