So far I’m 2 1/2 months in I believe. What I’m noticing is severe anger to rise up. Incredible peace at other times out of nowhere. Some days life just flows effortlessly. I noticed some miraculous things when I fasted 48 hours with only water and in semen retention. It really feels like mental detox. Fears are brought up to the surface, traumas... it’s like allowing naturally for the past to come to the present for me to forgive it.
