Sure, the department might be able to unlock infinite/unlimited resources..... but 5 completed, risk-assessed assessments a day is very good. Sure not perfect, but rectively very good. Assessments, in theory, might accelerate with learnings and lower priority. Zero political capital taking dept to task over this output.
