I am so grateful to have found you; with multiple injuries and a sprained right gluteus maximus, all your stretches give me wondrous pain relief and increased mobility. You are such an excellent teacher Merideth ❤️. I have scoliosis and kyphosis and need more videos with stretching and exercises to make the spine, hips, pelvis and neck straighter, more flexible and less stiff and painful. I try to do 2 of your videos every other day. Much love. 💐 💕💕

Thanks again Meredith! These new stretches have really helped me with my posture. After doing the stretching exercises, it has helped reduce my back pain, stress on my joints ,and muscles. it has given me also a boost on my self-esteem and has noticed how much taller am now. Hi Meredith, I had a stroke that affected my left side on Oct. 25. I couldn’t even move my fingers in my left hand when it first happened. I was transferred to The Stroke Rebab Unit at the Regional Rehab Facilities on Nov. 1. The next morning they woke me up at 4:00 AM to let me know that I have Covid. I must have gotten it in the hospital. So now I am in quarantine. I have made unbelievable progress, but my back and neck are so sore from sitting in my wheelchair all day. I just tried doing this video, and it makes it feel much better. I am going to do it another time today. I could lift up and use my left arm doing the video as well as I could before. You know just what we should do to make us feel better. Also I can’t tell you how many of the different types of therapists here, and some of the Doctors and Nurses here that I have told about you and what you offer. A lot of them are going to look into it. What other stretching videos do you think might be good for me at this time. I can’t do anything right now with lifting my legs up, or bending forward to do the exercises. This one was great! I really appreciate all that you do.
