First of all, Thank you Meredith for offering some Barre instruction! I've wanted to try it for a few years but my local Barre studio is around $300/month and out of my budget. This routine was a challenge for me being a newbie but I expect that. It's hard for me to keep one knee slightly bent with the other leg straight. I'm confident I'll improve with focused practice. Your commitment to helping Seniors with fitness is greatly appreciated and I hope those who enjoy your channel pay it forward with a donation (via your website) Every bit helps! As someone who's done online marketing, I know it's costly just maintaining a KZbin account. You could easily launch a membership site and charge for your content directly, or create and sell a course for Senior fitness. That's why I encourage happy students to " tip-in" when they can. I really liked the variety of moves. One suggestion would be to not do so many on one side at a time.
