In the morning my friend and I decided to do one hour pilates with a mini ball. The instructor was a Russian lady and we had a great time until I came back home. My muscles were so sore and it was odd cause I am working with you for an hour every day, half in the morning and half at night, and never had a problem all these months! So I switched on my laptop and did this stretching workout. Lauren I love you! I am pain free and can move on with my day! ❤❤❤❤

I love to stretch in the evenings, so I was happy when I saw this new product. Thank you! When I retired 5 years ago I was in fairly good shape. But ever increasing caregiving for my husband over the next 4 years eventually had me housebound and overwhelmed. It's been a year and a half since I lost him and now it's time for me to get back to strong and healthy myself! But I'm so weak and unfit that I'm scared to try an exercise class for fear of injury - which these days seems to happen from the slightest exertion! Your videos are perfect - I'm moving without sudden movements and starting at a level that feels safe but still some exertion. I also appreciate that your voice is calm and encouraging without being a loud cheerleader!
