@crutchfield no with 150ohm they are fine with my Sony zx707. But yes the bass could be slightly less but I am fine with it

Do you adjust the 10-band equalizer on the Sony to dial in just the right sound you prefer?

@@crutchfield I use the balanced out put 4.4mm jack thats a higher output which gives enough power to drive these amazing headphones. I was using the equalizer heavily but even with highest settings these headphones are not for bass heads. But I stopped using equalizer after I discovered the beautiful soothing sound offered by inboard DSD. It offers amazing auto adjustment and clarity.

That is fantastic to hear. I also find with a high-quality music file I rarely feel the need to add an additional EQ adjustment. With the right pair of headphones and a solid unit like the Sony the results are incredible!

We recommend using a separate headphone amplifier with the Sennheiser HD 620S headphones for proper power and the best possible sound. If your digital piano has a strong headphone amplifier built-in, the HD 620S are a fantastic choice.

My favorite store, wondering if these cans have spacious instrument separation features, if they did, i'll be more than happy to switch from Sony 900n to these, but, there's no place to listen to them before purchase, too bad!!

These may have a little better detail to the audio the produce as compared to your Sony headphones, but they are not expected to improve the spaciousness and imaging of the audio. Hello, i am not an audiophile, i am a 55 years old firefighter, who just enter in this new nice world of these DAP's, DAC's, headphones, etc.. i just bought a DX180, and wait for this to arrive these days, my first ever DAP... so i need your expert advice please, what would you recomend me to listen with my new DX180, between HD620S...Fiio FT1 black or Audio-Technica ATH-MSR7b Balanced connection? @@EvralTatum-Mcfield-ov2mi Yeah, i gave up waiting a stupid answer from them and i can't call them because i live in another country, also a poor country, and i can't afford to call ayone outside, but i risked in the end and got the FiiO FT1 and i am so happy with these headphones and with my DX180, they match perfect for what i need.
