Class 1: Use mind-body exercises, breathing exercises for fear, Feldenkrais, Ayurveda, and Nature Awareness to quickly calm down your nervous system, quiet your mind and move fear out of your body. The clearer and quieter you can become, the more vitality and resilience you will have in this chaotic time.
Annie Thoe has an extensive teaching background with mind/body practices including breath and movement work, meditation practices, and nature survival skills to guide you with self-help exercises to calm mind.
This series has four 30-minute Classe with an additional 20 minutes of Q&A, extra calming exercises and breakout and bonus material with fellow online classmates available on Patreon. Thanks for sharing these tools with your loved ones.

listening wowwwwwwwwww Annie your whales etc has brought me almost all out of pain & imbalance, a few days of play and explorations..................amazing humming for calm body,mind.............the swimming one on belly.............. wowwwwww soooo good ,helpful,effective

i havent really had a field of boundaries for a long time, a lot of negative effects from that. I learnt a lot thanks... i will visit your patreon to learn even more. I wanted to ask if you have classes on the throat/vocal lessons. Ive been having a gripping sensation that is unbearable...

Hi, I love your videos as they speak so much about awareness. How to breathe correctly while public speaking/talking? Breathe through nose or mouth. If through nose, How? Thanks. 🙏

Hi there- Sorry not to respond sooner. Often with talking, I find it's normal to breathe both through nose and mouth at the same time. These lessons will help open sinuses, neck & shoulders to reduce the feeling of breathlessness while speaking.
