Improve balance exercise using Feldenkrais Method. Helpful for recovery from knee, ankle or hip injury, knee surgery, brain injury, stroke. Improve knee tracking for walking and improve running alignment and stride. Helpful to improve balance for horseback riding, soccer, basketball, skiing, tennis, dance and other sports.
- You will need a flat chair, hefty rock and blanket roll. If you have balance issues, do this lesson near a wall or chair for extra support.

Thank you annie feel much more here,present,sure strong and yup sure footed...................which actually 'causes me to be more confident....... I see ,yoiu say for brain injury,I've done alot of work as we say,yet the brain injury has never really beem mey.t..... mine began with extreme child hood abuse but yeah i think these are happening... I love learning and I am euipped & able to learn.......... I believe in "Follow you Bliss" Love and very deep thankfulness plus joy......wow I feel like I'm really getting it with you!!!
