Wake up with stiff back? Here's an exercise for how to relieve back tension naturally-- This Feldenkrais video uses nature awareness, vibration-- using Om with Awareness through movement (adapted from Pranayama and Yogic tradition) to vibrate the bones in the body and stimulate awareness. The bumblebee can teach us how to access vitality to loosen stiff muscles, relieve back stiffness and wake up the body and nervous system. Feldenkrais is a different modality from yoga and also uses many principles from yoga in building awareness of the connections of the body- these lessons help you move without stretching or straining.
Nature awareness -- tuning into how nature can help us heal and vitalize is a powerful tool.
