Lets stop fooling ourselves, judging by the DNA Lesions analysis of Mncube (7/16) and Mapisa (4/16), these two accused have been placed in the crime scene, but the DNA collected by the police in the crime scene is not sufficient for positive placement (Assurance) but its enough for State argument hence the conscious selection of the word INCONCLUSIVE. The Défense should get their own Expert to rebut the State submission and they can't just argue with the Expert choice of words which might be acceptable in their field, the issue here is not exclusion but rather the number of DNA lesions found in the crime scene including interaction with the deceased. Law Students will tell you that Criminals ALWAYS take something and leave something at the crime scene, in this case they took Senzo's life and left enough evidence for conviction. The Prosecution is focusing on circumstantial evidence including this inconclusive DNA results, Accuse 1 & 2 confessions, Ballistic experts' testimony, Bank Statements is also rebutting accused versions ( mind you Ntanzi and Muzi's versions are that they were in KZN on the 26th of December 2014. The Defence approach is not really helping these guys and in my opinion, they should forget about 375 as the DPP has decided to suspend it and focus on 363, their approach wrong and the Judge is trying to help them but their minds are on social media propaganda. The murder weapon has been found unless rebutted next month, Zungu's evidence and certain photos taken on the 26th of October 2014 placed all Accused in the same area. You might not believe this but Zandi, Tumelo and Mthoko's evidence and collaborated by the inconclusive DNA sample is placing the Accused at the Crime scene. You guys are matured citizens please equip yourself with reading extracts of criminal law and court procedures. And further he is asking questions that should be reserved for Gininda because the response he is getting in any case heresay
