Of course Octopuses don't have feet, just arms with suckers-- but this Feldenkrais lesson is to imagine the impossible with how to move your individual toes as if they had the flexibility of an octopus arm.
This short lesson is inspired from Annie Thoe's Feldenkrais Octopus Awareness series of 8 lessons on Sensing Vitality™ Patreon including naturalist information about octopuses. Improve individual toe and finger flexibility and dexterity using awareness through movement® based on the Feldenkrais Methoid®. Great to improve balance, reduce toe and foot stiffness, improve flexibility in your feet as well helpful exercise for those recovering from brain injury, cerebral palsy and stroke recovery.
