I've finally "trained" youtube to send me reminders just from a few channels. Luckily also from you. Thanks for the short and sweet content.

brilliant!!! (3 years after first comment): thank you so much Annie for those "carry with you anywhere" Feldenkrais type of movement". Most Feldenkrais lessons last 30 to 40 mn. Although they are great, with your movements I can intersperse them throughout the day, keeping thus the awareness ongoing. Invaluable!!! Specially sitting at the desk for too long sometimes!!

FYi , at about 4 min, 10 sec, this video starts buffering and keeps saying "loading". All the usual things you can tap to get it unstuck dont work. It has happened the last 4 times I tried it this week. Dont know if you, as the owner of the channel, have any control over this, but wanted to bring it to your attention in case it's fixable. It has happened a few times with one of the jaw videos, as well. Thank you again for all the great lessons!

@@SensingVitality I dont know if you pushed some magic button, but ABRA CADABRA, this video worked today!!! Great, because it's one of the best, short Feldenkrais neck stretches I've seen. To you and M. Feldenkrais, Merci, Gracias, Danke, Arigatou!

Thanks for writing-- Try a different video. The neck is a tricky area to feel clearly. You might work with some of the low back/pelvis playlist videos or the foot/ankle videos. These also help the neck greatly and you might be able to feel more there to build your awareness. Give it some time, too-- it takes time to develop awareness, just like it takes time to learn to hear the different instruments in a symphony or band. Write again and let me know how it goes for you.
