I genuinely wish that this guy had more subscribers. I had been watching this guy for 2 years, and I love it. It's the perfect combination of educational and just fun. He knows what he's doing but is still in high school. He's a kid who loves what he's doing, and I love that. I'm 18 and in collage, and I wish I could do the same stuff he does. I know this sounds cringy, but I want him to see that he deserves more credit than he's got. keep it going and have fun.

Just a recommendation, I would put the horn strobe in the small shed area, on the outside. It would be much more useful outside then inside.

The LED strobes are actually brighter than the ones on the horn strobes I say if those L-Series go get LED versions to replace them.
@nics-systems-electric10 ай бұрын
They might look like it but definitely not brighter just shows up on camera brighter as they have a longer flash duration which is part of the recall problem I think I will be sticking to xenon strobes the LED ones are the ugliest thing I've ever seen lol

Hi nick Leave the sirens at new settings, if there is a fire you know through your text's. Nice testing today. All you need for projector is a flat service as bumps can show up on high colour's well done. Put the spare ups on the house fire alarm as a backup to help prolong battery in firepanel. Have you seen here in UK we have switched plug sockets that will can switched to each one, which you can switch off without pulling plugs in tight spaces.

Mayb. it isn't legally required in my case as it isn't a CAN/ULC s537 verified system so it doesn't have to be perfectly legal however if I wanted to keep it as legal as possible other than that it would be recommended to turn it off

Hey Nic, I do want to say that the camera picks up the strobes 10x better at night then in the daytime, and the horn strobe in the main building, I think maybe it should be set to Medium volume, so it maybe a little louder in the small rooms but it won't be absolutely painful in the main area where the horn is blasting at, however, I am not sure if that device in particular has that setting, I think it does but correct me if I am wrong, because I know the SpectrAlert Advances have that setting for sure.

16:35 all of the generators I test have a 120-180 sec utility return delay, and a 300 sec cooldown delay.
@nics-systems-electric10 ай бұрын
Those are probably commercially produced generators it's not possible for me to have a separate utility return and cool down delay my only thing I can do is have the transfer switch default to utility to return to utility as soon as power is present and then the generator can run for another set period of time
@rayarsenault477410 ай бұрын
@@nics-systems-electric many automatic home transfer switches, along with most home backup generators will usually keep the generator running for 120-180 seconds after utility return, then unload them, and keep them running for 2-3 mins for cooldown.
