It's true story. My mom always tells about this story and in her childhood whole Mumbai was scared of Raman Raghaw. There were rumors that he is invisible man, he is wolf , he is ghost. My grandfather's friend Yadav Ji was killed by Raman raghav and Yadav ji was wrestling expert but still he killed him and his brother while they where sleeping. So it was famous that even 💪 strong wrestler like Yadav couldn't fight Raman Raghav so what can a common man do. She still tells this story and I and my kids still love to listen to this story again and again. Thanks for telling this story , now I can understand how serious it was at that time.

Every accused has right to defend himself. He should be presume innocent untill proven guilty. Because kisi Or ne damki dekar be ghuna kabul kar sakta hai and someone may influenced or threaten him for confess the guilt which he did not done, likewise there may be many other reason. Right now we just came to the conclusion and know that he is the killer but at the time of investigation and trial there were a suspension that wheather he is the real accused or not. So he has right to defend himself under Article 20&21of Indian Constitution.
