Serious Fire in North London - Emergency Vehicles Responding + on scene

Serious fire at an industrial estate in the London Borough of Enfield. Multiple emergency vehicles responding including various fire appliances, police vehicles and unmarked cars. Thick black smoke and flames could be seen as well as some small explosions.

Yeah. I think when they honk it changes them through a sequence of different sirens and turns them on or off.

They're fire officers that command the scene. There's no law against showing plates from any service, it's just done out of courtesy because those fire officers also use the cars for personal trips

No, blocking off the roundabout would have created massive jams behind the blockade- which is the only way for the emergency vehicles to gain access to the site in the first place.

If you're a driver and you hear an emergency vehicle's siren, you're supposed to stop to let them through. So many people not stopping at all. I guess that's London traffic for you. 🙄😒
