I work at a John Deere heavy equipment dealership gonna send these vids around for sure. This puts the 1980's CAT videos they show you in college to shame.

A Video buyers guide for used excavators would be sweet! And a video what you can do if you have a lot of play in the swing mechanism or if you have to replace the slewing ring an swing gearbox. Anyhow really good content!

One of the things I appreciate about these videos is making it clear that a competent, professional, mechanic may not know every detail going into a job. Like this machine having glow plugs instead of a grid heater. Keith didn’t know that but that’s not a mark against him. As an actual mechanic he made a decision to utilize that extra hole rather than pulling the fuel injectors. That’s one of many differences between a mechanic and a parts swapper. Sometimes there’s no right way. Sometimes there’s a book way, and sometimes theres a “this machine is sideways in six different ways” so this is how we deal with that approach. It’s the mechanics that can and do deal with that last way effectively, efficiently and with a proper repair that are real mechanics.

I Don't know if this will be seen, but Keith seems very knowledgeable. I have a 2013 Deere 35D. And have a no crank situation. It has a new battery key turned to on it has power but will not turn over. Fuses are good. What can I check and do from here?
