what gear oil? and what fluid do you recommend for a 6 spd manual in a cold environment?

How cold ?

@@srdtuning331 it averaged 25F or -4C in winter. I don't plan on driving it, but I can't risk not having it as an option and I may start it in winter to keep everything moving since I believe it was primarily a warm weather car its whole life.
