Description -
Hey everybody, welcome to an amv that has been quite long in the making! Sorry I've been MIA from yt for a bit, I've had some difficult irl stuff to deal with, but now I'm back at it with an edit of my childhood anime: Inuyasha and its sequel Yashahime. Sesshomaru is easily one of my fav characters from both shows and getting to edit him is the chance to tap into a character I've known about for so long. Sesshomaru is such a fascinating character, as he goes from someone who's just strong to someone who finds out his weaknesses and embraces them into new strengths. He goes from not caring about anyone to caring about many. He goes from hating his younger brother and resenting the fact that he got Tessaiga to letting those feelings go and moving on to his own new sword. He goes from hating half breeds to having two of his own half demon kids! He's had an incredible journey throughout the inuyasha/yashahime saga, and I hope we continue to see more of him as Yashahime (hopefully) gets a third season and more!

Same here. The closest we've gotten is Yashahime: Princess Half Demons since it focuses more on him and his daughters. But a full on movie would be even more epic!

I think his development surpasses Vegeta from DBZ. Don't get me wrong, Vegeta made huge changes throughout DBZ. His sacrifice fighting Buu always makes me tear up. But Sesshomaru's put it in on a completely different plane of existence.

Sesshomaru has always been my favorite character. since i was like 10 Id stay up till 4am just watch inuyasha on adult swim and have since watched the series multiple times. I got a huge leg piece of sesshomaru done last year. I feel like he had the most character development out of all the characters. I wish they had a movie just about him and his life. This was a great AMV! It felt like i was watching a trailer! ❤️

This anime have a special place in my heart. It have flaws, some quite annoying flaws: the plot being too convoluted, some characters quite cringe worthy (Kagome being my least favorite), but Sesshomaru stood up from the rest. Elegant, merciless, narcissist, but a tragic anti-hero nonetheless. He learned, slowly, but surely, what compassion means. It was only after he felt sorrow after Rin’s (the human child) death, and revived her, that he finally realized the powers of the sword he absolutely hated- Tenseiga. Very nicely done AMV, Nick. Loved it to bits.

So tremendously awesome! I like this AMV of Sesshomaru very much! Despite the fact that he was cold-hearted in the beginning, I knew that deep down, he'll eventually have compassion in his heart, and that is all thanks to Rin, who became very dear to him, and the most important person whom he truly wants to protect, despise not wanting to admit. Also, when Rin grew up, both Sesshomaru and Rin are married, and had their fraternal twin daughters Towa and Setsuna, whom they both cherished the most. Sesshomaru loves and deeply cares about his human wife Rin, and his half-demon fraternal twin daughters Towa and Setsuna with all his heart, and because of them, he's more than willing to risk everything to protect them. Despite his brotherly rival, Sesshomaru does care about his paternal half-younger brother Inuyasha in his own way but doesn't want to admit it at all. He fought against many evil opponents, especially Kyora, one of the Four War Gods, and Kirinmaru, who threatens the lives of his family, especially his fraternal twin daughters Towa and Setsuna. Sesshomaru is very powerful than those who oppose him, and now having the compassion within his heart, he's become the most strongest and powerful being who is more than willing to protect and defend the innocence, and vanquish anything that is nothing but pure evil. When he lost Rin, Sesshomaru was devastated but when his mother brought Rin back to life, Sesshomaru was relieved and he was very happy too. Both Rin, and his fraternal twin daughters Towa and Setsuna are the important people that Sesshomaru wants to protect, despite not wanting to admit it at all. Sesshomaru's father Toga, the Great Dog Demon, will be very proud of him as much as he is proud of Inuyasha. Sesshomaru still longs to surpass his father but deep down, he also wants to honor him. Sesshomaru is the most mysterious yet also the most powerful and the strongest being with a strong sense of compassion and honor. Sesshomaru does have pride but he isn't arrogant and self-centered as the evil demons that he fought against, and he was utterly disgusted at Kyora for mercilessly killing innocent humans and for killing his father's two servants; Kujaku and Seiten. Sesshomaru, the oldest son of Toga, the Great Dog Demon, is not only the most powerful and the most strongest being but he is also the most honorable and the most compassionate being who could help those who are in need of help 🙏😇💖💯

This was so well done.you captured all the things that make us love the elegant and and beautiful Lord of the West -most mysterious: Sesshomerusama -My sisters and I grew up watching all the anime and we even had our mother and grandmother come to adore him-We called ourselves the {The Ladies WhoLove Sesshomeru Club}We attend an anime con in Japan and discovered their beautiful Volks ball jointed dolls that are customizable.We saw one that was dressed as Inuyasha character in clothing and wig-So we were all so taken with the doll we found a boy and girl doll that we brought home and were inspired to create our first characters -Sesshomeru and Rin

Sesshomaru is a tragic character. He already has what he thinks he wants; he is the most powerful and most feared, but he is missing the point. He denies his inuyasha nature to protect. Once he embraces that, he will be also the most respected and most loved. Maybe when he is older and a little more mature. Rin is a start. Then, he will exceed his father.

I love Sesshoumaru his confidence and the changes he made in his life Rin was a great influence on him loved when he became a father I'd love to see his dad with his 3 grandchildren that would be amazing we need a Sesshoumaru movie with that in it. FR. I was so happy in Yashahime: Princess Half Demon that we actually saw more of him in action. Even the OG series didn't do that beyond some clips in the 3rd movie. A full series dedicated to him, his rise to power and his relationship with Lord Kirinmaru would be fantastic.

Who would win sesshomaru or Itachi?

Sesshomaru has way higher defenses and endurance. Itachi has higher attack power. If Sesshomaru can get his bakusaiga to even touch Itachi, its over. However, Itachi has a killer genjutsu and Sesshomaru might not be able to withstand it. If his superior defenses and high mental strength can get through that, he has a high chance of defeating Itachi. If he has his Tenseiga then it is a way lot easier.
