What really helped me just now with the date was that you told us S is for settings. That helped me get the right month. If you dont get the right month you date and day of the week wont coordinate. Programmers tend to be too restrictive.

This video is better than the other. In your other video, you did not show how to activate the alarm. Once in alarm mode, you need to hit the up and down keys to indicate the "music key"- this activates the alarm to sound off and the "zz's" for the snooze function.

@Allysa McClure Yess but for me the clock symbol doesnt go away and when I take the battery out and put it back in it will sing again. Basically every night at 12 am or every time i turn it on it will always sing..

I observed where you Press Mode to get to the Settings of the Alarm Mode (clock icon on the right side), how to set the alarm time using the up and down arrow, and how to set the alarm type (musical notes or beep). What I don't see is how to get rid of the Alarm icon entirely, so that we can just use this device for a light source, clock, and, perhaps, a charging pad if needed for our phone. I will watch this for a 4th time just to make sure that I did not miss this aspect of your video. It seems like you are confident that this information is included.
