Same here. Please the video teaching how to change it once it doesn’t work!! And in my case, I didn’t forget the code. It just stopped working somehow. It has me crazy at the airport

Sorry guys but this is a hoaks - the RIMOWA experience falls appart once you have an issue! I cant recommend to buy this product. My experience shows that there is no on site support in major European countries secured! Well - you just bought the supposed Porsche of suitecases and you get a Dacia (no offence) level of support or rather none. - I tried to get help from the team when I was travelling to Sweden. One of the two locks of my RIMOWA CLASSIC did not open any more - wasnt my fault. Just ceased working. I thought a local (Stockholm capital of Sweden!!!) RIMOWA shop could probably help. But there was not ONE Rimowa person in Sweden neither from Rimowa nore from an affiliate dealer that could help! What they told me on the "support" line was - that if I cant open it anymore - I should break the lock and than get it repaired once I am back in Germany... AT MY OWN COST! What a miserable customer experience. I cant recommend buying any of their products anymore. Guys - I am a product manager - I would feel ashamed working for this company... what a bad customer experience. Left alone - customer proposed solution to break the product...
